Our House of Prayer team stands beside individuals and families facing pain, loss, and uncertainty. We listen, pray, and provide emotional support through one‑to‑one conversations, regular prayer gatherings, and a 24‑hour helpline. Every request is treated with care and confidentiality, so people never feel alone in their struggle.
“Ummeed” means hope, and that is what this program offers to children, youth, and families in crisis. Through guidance on health, education, life skills, and careers, we help people rebuild confidence and make positive choices for their future. Our volunteers and counsellors walk with each person step by step, so that hope becomes a real plan for a better life.
Our Elder Care initiative supports senior citizens who are alone, neglected, or struggling with illness and poverty. We provide regular home visits, basic medical check‑ups, medicines where possible, and emotional companionship to reduce loneliness. With your support, we help elders live with dignity, respect, and a sense of family.
Through the Health Awareness program, we organise free health camps, talks, and screenings in underserved communities. Doctors and volunteers educate people on hygiene, nutrition, lifestyle diseases, and regular check‑ups. Early awareness helps prevent serious illness and reduces the burden on already struggling families.
In times of crisis—such as disasters, pandemics, or local emergencies—we conduct Community Support Camps. These camps distribute essential items like food, clean water, clothes, and hygiene kits to families in need. We also identify particularly vulnerable individuals and connect them to longer‑term support so that relief turns into recovery.
Our Educational Support program ensures that children and youth from low‑income families do not drop out of school due to fees, books, or other costs. We help with tuition support, learning materials, mentorship, and career guidance for students. After they joined the Mid‑Day‑Meal program of Glory Be To Jesus, I saw a big change. They are more active, rarely fall sick, and their teachers say they concentrate better in class. I am so grateful to God and to this team for feeding my children with love and dignity.
